Prostate cancer has always been a major disease that affects the health of men. In severe cases, it may even threaten life. We can only detect the existence of prostate cancer in a timely manner by understanding the symptoms. So what are the common symptoms of prostate cancer? Let's take a detailed look!

1. Anemia: Generally, the number of blood cells in prostate cancer patients tends to decrease. When anemia is severe, the patient will experience weakness, orthostatic hypotension, dizziness, shortness of breath and fatigue.

2. Lymph node metastasis: Prostate cancer lymph node metastasis often occurs in the internal iliac, external iliac, retroperitoneum, groin, mediastinum, supraclavicular and other parts. When the lymph nodes are obviously enlarged, compressing the blood vessels and blocking the lymph return of the lower limbs, symptoms of swelling of the lower limbs and scrotum will appear.

3. Tumor rupture: Tumor rupture and bleeding may occur when prostate cancer metastasizes extensively.

4. Bone pain: About 60% of patients with advanced prostate cancer may experience bone pain, which is common in the waist, sacrum, buttocks, hip pelvis. Bone pain has different manifestations. Some patients may experience continuous pain, while others may experience intermittent pain.

5. Systemic symptoms: Due to long-term torture, patients with advanced prostate cancer become increasingly weak and may experience fatigue, weight loss, emaciation, fatigue, body pain and other symptoms, and eventually suffer from systemic failure and cachexia.

6. Spinal metastasis: Advanced prostate cancer with spinal metastasis can invade the spinal cord and cause nerve compression, which can cause paralysis in severe cases.

7. Tumor enlargement: After prostate cancer occurs, some parts of the tumor will gradually enlarge. Generally, it is progressive. Gradually compressing the prostate urethra, urination disorders may occur, manifested as progressive dysuria, frequent urination, urgency, pain, and a feeling of incomplete urination. In severe cases, urine dripping and urine retention may occur.
