According to scientific research, an adult only needs 5 hours of sleep a day on average. No one in this world has ever died from sleeping.

(4) It is best to have a regular sleep schedule: work when you should work, study when you should study, and sleep when you should sleep at night.

In order to completely improve insomnia, in addition to paying attention to the above points, there are some other things that friends need to pay attention to. The first is to be careful not to drink coffee or strong tea before going to bed. These things can make your brain nerves abnormally excited and greatly interfere with your sleep. Secondly, it is best not to have strenuous exercise before going to bed, which is very helpful for your brain nerves to calm down.
