Many people feel that their breathing is not smooth from time to time, and they feel like they can't breathe and can't eat. The discomfort in breathing is particularly serious, which will cause the patient to feel particularly uncomfortable. If you want to regulate your breathing, you must first pay attention to the good method, and the treatment process is mainly to regulate and dredge various aspects of the body, so as to achieve the effect of relieving the stagnation of qi and blood. As the saying goes, a person lives by his breath. Sometimes people die suddenly because they can't breathe enough. This shows how important breath is to human beings. Our lives cannot be separated from Qi. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that Qi, blood, and body fluids are the basic substances that make up the human body and are also the basic substances that maintain human life activities. Qi, blood, and body fluids are the products of the physiological activities of the human body's internal organs, meridians, and other tissues and organs, and are also the material basis for these tissues and organs to carry out physiological activities. Qi is the prerequisite for the circulation of blood and body fluids. Professor Wang Jian, an expert at Zhongjingtang of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Center of the Shanghai Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine, believes that poor qi flow can easily lead to poor circulation of blood, body fluids, and meridians in the body, which in turn leads to various chronic diseases. Disorders in the internal Qi and stagnation of evil Qi can cause general discomfort and pain; stagnation of liver Qi can turn into fire, which can rise to the head and easily cause high blood pressure, dizziness and vision; Qi accumulation in the abdomen can lead to spleen, stomach and intestinal diseases; evil Qi, either cold or dampness and heat, can descend to the lower part of the body, leading to reproductive system problems such as prostate disease and gynecological diseases; Qi stagnation in the tendons and bones can cause joint problems. The accumulated qi can cause the five kinds of fatigue and seven kinds of injuries, which can lead to diabetes and even cancer. The accumulated qi in the body will cause problems wherever it is blocked. Generally speaking, the causes of qi disorder can be summarized as qi stagnation (i.e. obstruction of qi circulation), qi reversal (i.e. qi rises too much or falls insufficiently), qi collapse (i.e. qi does not rise enough or falls too strongly), etc. These poor qi movements can easily cause blood stasis and induce emotional tension and depression. Failure to vent for a long time can cause lumps, etc., especially the upper throat, the middle chest, breast, liver and gallbladder, and the lower abdomen and pelvis, which are prone to lumps and tumors. Stagnation of Qi can cause plum pit qi, goiter (enlarged thyroid gland, lymph nodes, thyroid tumor, etc.). Qi stagnation refers to the pathological state caused by stagnation of Qi and poor circulation of Qi. It is mainly due to the internal depression of the seven emotions, or due to cold stimulation, or blockages such as phlegm, food accumulation, and blood stasis, which affect the circulation of Qi, causing local or systemic Qi stagnation and leading to dysfunction of certain organs and meridians. It can cause local distension or pain, and form pathological products such as blood stasis, dampness, phlegm and fluid. It can also cause dysfunction of certain internal organs, such as lung qi stagnation, liver qi stagnation, spleen and stomach qi stagnation, etc. Many throat discomforts, such as chronic pharyngitis, are caused by what Chinese medicine calls qi stagnation. It feels like there is a foreign object in the larynx that cannot be spit out or swallowed, and there is no pain. No organic lesions were found by local examination with modern instruments and X-ray barium swallow examination. By regulating the Qi flow in the neck, chest and back, symptoms can be relieved immediately. In addition, enlarged thyroid gland, lymph nodes, thyroid tumors, etc. are considered goiters in traditional Chinese medicine, which are closely related to qi stagnation and blood stasis. Most of the time, qi stagnation produces phlegm, and phlegm moves with qi and goes up through the meridians. By using techniques to dissipate these stagnant qi and phlegm, the pain can be relieved. |
