What soup should I drink after surgery to help me recover faster

1. Rhubarb, green tea and Sophora japonica flower soup

Ingredients: 4 grams of raw rhubarb, 30 grams of Sophora japonica flowers, 15 grams of honey, and 2 grams of green tea.

Preparation method: First pick out the raw rhubarb, wash it, dry it in the air or in the sun, cut it into slices, put it into a casserole, add appropriate amount of water, boil it for 5 minutes, remove the residue, keep the juice for later use. Add Sophora japonica flowers and tea leaves to a pot, add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil, pour in the decoction of raw rhubarb, remove from heat, let it cool slightly, and while it is still warm, mix in honey. Usage: Take twice a day, morning and evening.

Efficacy: Clears away heat and detoxifies, cools blood and stops bleeding. This dietary therapy is suitable for patients with colorectal cancer who suffer from bloody stools with bright red blood, as well as bloody stools after cancer surgery.

2. Water chestnut and coix vine soup

Ingredients: 10 water chestnuts, 12 grams of coix seed, 12 grams of fresh perilla.

Preparation method: Tear the perilla into pieces, and then boil it with water chestnuts and coix seeds.

Efficacy: clearing away heat and detoxifying, strengthening the spleen and eliminating dampness.

3. Crucian carp soup

Ingredients: 200 grams of live crucian carp, appropriate amounts of oil, salt, Shaoxing wine, flavoring powder, white pepper, vinegar, coriander, shredded green onion and shredded ginger.

Method: Wash the live crucian carp, scald it with boiling water, then wash it again with cold water, and scrape off the black layer inside and outside the fish body. Wash and disinfect the coriander, then cut into sections. Pour oil into a wok and heat it on high heat. Add pepper, scallion and ginger shreds in turn and stir-fry until fragrant. Add water, ginger juice, Shaoxing wine, salt and MSG. Put the crucian carp into the soup, bring to a boil, then move to low heat and simmer for about 15 minutes. Add scallion shreds, coriander and vinegar.

Efficacy: Soothes the stomach and stimulates appetite, promotes blood circulation and dredges the meridians, warms the middle and lowers the qi.
