Physical examination ethmoid sinus inflammation

Physical examination ethmoid sinus inflammation

Nowadays, people regard physical examination as a kind of screening. Physical examination is no longer to check the physical condition, but more to check the diseases of the body. Physical examination screening for inflammation is very important. However, in the process of health examination, whether inflammation can be screened out is of concern. Because some examination items do not involve inflammation examination, it is easy to be overlooked.

Inspection items

When going to the hospital for a health check-up, how long should the interval be and what items should be checked? This depends on the individual and should be treated differently. We should start from the actual situation and make a choice based on comprehensive considerations such as our age, gender, occupation, health status and family medical history.

Young and middle-aged people in good health: Check up every 1 to 2 years, focusing on important organs such as the heart, lungs, liver, gallbladder, stomach, and blood pressure. However, people with poor physical fitness, especially those with a family history of genetic diseases such as hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes, mental illness and tumors, should have a check-up at least once a year.

Middle-aged and elderly people: The body enters a troubled period and the incidence of various diseases increases significantly. Therefore, the interval between examinations should be shortened to about half a year. Especially for the elderly who are approaching 60 years old, the interval should be about 3 to 4 months. The examination items are determined by the doctor at his discretion, but blood pressure, electrocardiogram, chest X-ray, and routine blood, urine and stool tests should be checked each time. As the incidence of diabetes has increased significantly in recent years, middle-aged and elderly people, especially those who are obese or have a history of hypertension or coronary heart disease, should have their urine and blood sugar checked. If conditions permit, it is best to have a fixed doctor preside over the examination each time so that the health status of the examinee can be fully and systematically understood and the examinee can be provided with health care guidance. Those taking the physical examination should prepare a health examination manual themselves (or have it prepared by the hospital) and fill it out carefully each time. In addition to the above examinations, married women should also regularly (once a year) examine their uterus and breasts to help detect cervical cancer and breast cancer, which are common among women, at an early stage. Workers who are engaged in jobs that bring them into close contact with toxic and hazardous substances should also undergo regular special examinations to facilitate the early detection of occupational diseases.

Children: ① Growth and development test. Including weighing, measuring height, measuring head circumference, etc. Children within 6 months of birth should be checked once a month; children from 6 months to 1 year old should be checked once every 2 months; children from 1 to 2 years old should be checked once every 3 months; children from 2-3 years old should be checked once every six months; children over 3 years old should be checked once a year. ②Blood test. Including blood routine, trace elements, blood lead and other tests. ③ENT examination. Congenital language development disorders, hearing loss, strabismus and other diseases should be checked, detected and treated early. ④Sexual organ examination. ⑤Orthopedic examination.

If everyone can pay attention to this issue and consciously and actively go to the hospital for health checks regularly, we can believe that "healthy people going to the hospital" will soon become a trend and a fashion, which will significantly improve the early diagnosis and cure rates of various serious diseases.
