When you lie in bed, don't let your eyes gather in the middle, but spread them to both sides. This way, it will be difficult for you to concentrate on thinking about problems, and your brain will be in a relatively calm and blank state, and you will fall asleep in a short while. When you put effort into your eyes, the brain is often also activated. So, relax your eyes. If your eyes are relaxed throughout the night, the quality of your sleep will be very high.
