Four tips for whitening and lightening spots

There are some ways to whiten and lighten spots in our daily life. It does not mean that you have to buy expensive whitening and spot removal products. In fact, washing your face with cucumber and lemon juice, or applying it as a facial mask, have a good spot removal effect.

1. Cucumber and lemon juice

After washing your face, take a few drops of cucumber and lemon juice respectively, stir well, and use a cotton pad dipped in the juice to gently apply it on your face, especially the areas with many freckles. It is best to keep it on for half an hour, then wash it off with clean water and apply a suitable facial cream. The key is persistence. This method usually takes twenty days to be effective.

2. Yogurt and Celery Leaf Mask

Take fresh celery leaves, cut them into small pieces, put them into a clean container, add a spoonful of yogurt, and mix them evenly. Put it in a fresh place in the refrigerator for two hours. Apply it on your face twice a day, morning and evening, for half an hour after washing your face, and then wash it off with clean water. Dudu recommends that all female friends should do it after get off work in the afternoon, apply it once before going to bed, and use the remaining time again when you get up the next morning, so that it will not take up too much of your time.

3. Carrot lemon juice

Wash fresh carrots, cut into small pieces and extract the juice. Extract lemon juice and mix them in the ratio of 5:1. Use it to apply on freckles at least once a day, or apply it on the entire face. Massage several times on the areas with more spots, then leave it on the face for about 20 minutes, then wash it off with clean water and apply facial cream as usual.

4. Wash your face with tomato glycerin water

Take a tomato, squeeze the juice, then add a small spoonful of glycerin, mix well, and after cleansing with facial cleanser, use the tomato juice to wash your face for at least five minutes each time, once in the morning and once in the evening, and then use your usual skin care method. This is very effective and generally takes effect within two weeks.
