Diet therapy for relieving symptoms in patients with uterine cancer

Patients with uterine cancer can try some dietary therapy methods. Appropriate dietary therapy can not only increase the patient's appetite, but also has a significant effect on relieving adverse symptoms. The commonly used dietary therapy methods for patients with uterine cancer are as follows:

1. 120g celery root and 100g polished rice. Cook into porridge (suitable for patients with blood heat).

2. 30g each of fresh Rehmannia glutinosa and wolfberry, 100g of polished rice, and appropriate amount of sugar. Cook into porridge (suitable for those with yin deficiency and hyperactivity of fire).

3. 10g each of Ze Lan and green tea. Drink as tea (suitable for those with liver depression and heat).

4. 15g hawthorn and appropriate amount of brown sugar. Drink as tea (suitable for those with blood stasis).

5. 60g of motherwort and 2 eggs. Peel the eggs and boil them for several times, eat the eggs and drink the soup (suitable for those with blood stasis).

6. 30g dried celery. Decoction in water and take warm, 1 dose per day, before menstruation, for one week (suitable for delayed menstruation due to heat).

7. Take appropriate amounts of green tea and brown sugar. First, boil 1 bowl of strong tea, remove the residue and add brown sugar to mix before drinking. Before menstruation, take 2 doses a day for several days (suitable for those with blood heat and heavy menstrual flow).

8. 150g leek, 200g goat liver. Wash and cut the leek, slice the goat liver, put them in an iron pan and stir-fry them over high heat, then serve with meals. Take 1 dose per day, and take 5-6 doses before menstruation (for delayed menstruation due to liver and kidney deficiency).
