Recommend three treatments for anal eczema

Eczema is a common skin disease that can occur at any age and gender. It can easily lead to lesions near the anus and often cause anal itching and pain in patients. At this time, you should go to the hospital for examination in time, especially to find the cause of the allergy, and then treat it symptomatically. There are also many common treatments, such as drug therapy and acupuncture treatment, which are all good.

1. Find out the cause of the allergy

Avoid eating or touching these foods or items. After getting sick, you should reduce local irritation, such as scratching, rubbing, washing with soapy water, and abusing irritating drugs for sitting baths, fumigation or external application. Avoid eating spicy foods such as chili peppers, mustard, onions, garlic, and white wine to avoid aggravating the condition. Prevent diarrhea, constipation, and other triggering causes.

2. Acupuncture treatment

You can choose acupoints such as Dazhui, Feishu, Quchi, Sanyinjiao, Xuehai, Changqiang, etc., which have anti-itching and anti-inflammatory effects.

3. Drug treatment

When using local treatment for anal eczema, external medications should be used according to the nature and cause of local anal lesions. ①Acute or subacute phase: corticosteroid cream can be used. ②Chronic stage: If there is lichenification, ointment can be used. Stubborn anal eczema can also be treated with superficial X-ray radiation or isotope application.

When using oral medication for treatment, the medication for anal eczema should be targeted at the systemic factors that cause anal eczema.

① Antihistamines: mainly for relieving itching.

②Sedatives: used for those with insomnia.

③Intravenous injection of calcium preparations or calcium gluconate.

④Antibiotics.

⑤ Vitamins: Taking vitamins orally can help treat anal eczema.

⑥Immunoglobulin: Gamma globulin and placental globulin can be used as auxiliary treatment to enhance the body's immunity.

⑦ Hormones: The use of hormone drugs can quickly relieve inflammation, exudation, and itching, but they are very likely to relapse after stopping the drug, and there are many side effects. Therefore, hormone drugs should be used with caution.
