In order to have a perfect body, people nowadays are constantly losing weight and doing various exercises. Fat is inevitable, but it is still very difficult to achieve zero fat in the body. There will be some fat more or less. The fat outside the abdominal muscles can be lost, it's just a matter of time. It is necessary to strengthen the abdominal muscles and make more efforts to maintain a perfect figure. But don't put too much psychological burden on yourself, just let it go.

Belly fat is the hardest to lose. The only way to lose belly fat is to lose weight all over the body. When your weight drops by 10%, you can only lose 30% of belly fat. Running for 30 minutes each time will not be very effective in losing weight. It must be more than 40 minutes to have the effect of losing weight. In addition to running, you must also pay attention to your daily diet, eat more fruits and vegetables, especially cucumbers and tomatoes, and eat less rice and steamed bread.
