What is the trick to peeling red dates

Many people like to make red date paste to eat. This snack is very appetizing. It can increase appetite for people with poor appetite. It tastes sweet when eaten, but most people are very troubled by peeling the red dates. After all, it is very difficult to peel this ingredient. There is no way to achieve this goal by peeling it with your hands. It can only be achieved through some tips. Usually, the red dates can be peeled by boiling them in hot water.

Tips :

1. Soak the dried dates in water for 3 hours, put them in a pot and boil them. After the dates are fully soaked and swollen, it will be easy to pick them out and peel them.

2. Prepare a flour sieve with coarser mesh, put the steamed and cored red dates in it, and press the red dates lightly with a spoon. The red date paste will leak out of the mesh, while the skin will remain in the sieve.

In fact, red dates can be eaten directly without peeling. There is no need to peel them deliberately except for making date paste.

1. Choose a jujube with the handle end A facing upwards. You can clearly see a small circle with the handle as the center.

2. Insert the carving knife along the arc of the circle until the width of the carving knife is about to damage the appearance of the date and stop.

3. Cut along the arc on the opposite side of the previous cut. Carve another knife.

4. Take a fruit knife and cut vertically in the middle of the date until the knife reaches the date core. Be careful not to cut sideways.

5. Use your hands to gently break the dates apart along the cut to reveal the date pits.

6. Carefully insert the carving knife again along the edge of the jujube pit from end A, gently push it to the other end, and slowly pry up end A of the jujube pit (be careful not to use too much force, as it may hurt your hands)

7. Pinch the A end of the date pit with your fingers and gently turn it, and the date pit will come out.
