When the boiled water cools to about 85 degrees, lift the kettle high and pour in an appropriate amount of water to cover all the tea leaves. 3. Warm the cup with boiling water, pour out the water, put in the tea leaves, and then use the hanging pot high pouring method to pour boiling water until it is 90% full.
