Therefore, patients with neurasthenia often show symptoms of being easily excited and easily fatigued. On the other hand, the function of the cerebral cortex is weakened, and its function of regulating and controlling the subcortical autonomic nervous system is also weakened, resulting in some symptoms of autonomic hyperfunction.
