Stomach disease causes low fever

An unhealthy stomach is a common physical problem among this generation of young people. In the final analysis, the health of the stomach is actually related to people's diet in daily life. Gastric disease can cause fever symptoms. Symptoms of gastritis and duodenal ulcers include burning pain in the upper abdomen, especially between meals, before breakfast, or after drinking orange juice or coffee. In severe cases, there may be tarry, black or bloody stools.

Patients with stomach pain due to deficiency and cold should pay attention to keeping warm and avoid catching cold. They should eat less raw and cold fruits and vegetables. If they feel cold in the stomach, they can drink more millet porridge or some ginger tea. In the cold winter or when the seasons change, patients with stomach problems should pay attention to adding or removing clothes according to changes in temperature to avoid being invaded by cold evil and aggravating stomach pain and discomfort.

Regular exercise can enhance physical fitness and improve disease resistance. Exercise can promote gastrointestinal motility and secretion, promote food digestion and absorption of nutrients, improve blood circulation in the gastrointestinal tract itself, promote metabolism, and delay the aging of the digestive system. The autumn diet for patients with gastric diseases should be warm, soft, light, vegetarian and fresh. They should eat small meals at regular times and in fixed quantities so that there is always food in the stomach to neutralize gastric acid, thereby preventing erosion of the gastric mucosa and ulcer surface and worsening of the condition.
