It is common in frontal bone osteomyelitis. In addition to tenderness in the sinus area, the headache is characterized by dull pain like stuffiness and distension. If osteomyelitis does not heal for a long time, there may be yellow-green nasal discharge, and X-rays may show unclear bone structure, dead bone formation, and defects in the sinus bone wall.

3. Lesions and descending infections: Purulent secretions from the sinuses flow downward from the nasopharynx, which can cause pharyngitis, tonsillitis, otitis media, tracheitis and other diseases. Purulent sinusitis, as an infection focus, can also cause infectious arthritis, tenosynovitis and skin diseases.
