I have been using normal contraception for several years after marriage, and started planning for pregnancy in March 2013, so I started using ovulation test strips to determine my ovulation period. It turned out that I was able to find the right time for having sex that was conducive to pregnancy. After having sex during my ovulation period, I got the news of pregnancy in April. So, even if you haven't been successful yet, sisters must not be discouraged. The menstrual period is the same as the ovulation period, and it will definitely come again next month. As long as you find the right time, pregnancy will come naturally.

1. You must be in good health.

(2) Sleep. Sleeping is important, but going to bed early and getting up early is more important. The human body's blood production time is mainly concentrated between 22:00 and 02:00. You must ensure that you fall asleep during this period, and it is best to reach a deep sleep state.

(3) Exercise. It doesn't matter what kind of exercise you choose, what matters is that it suits you. It is recommended to choose soothing and relaxing exercise methods as much as possible, such as taking a walk or practicing yoga. Strenuous exercise, such as playing badminton and swimming, is not recommended.

2. You must master the physiological laws.

(1) Prepare a small notebook to record the date and day of your menstrual period, the color and amount of menstrual blood, the interval between two menstrual periods, whether you have dysmenorrhea, back pain, constipation or diarrhea, etc. Be as detailed as possible. Girls with irregular menstruation should especially do this work. It is best to remember dates using the lunar calendar. If your menstrual cycle is relatively regular, the lunar calendar date will be very accurate and will basically not be significantly advanced or postponed. For example, if a person's menstruation comes on the third day of the fifth lunar month (May 26), based on a 30-day cycle, it should come on the third day of the sixth lunar month (June 25). If some people really want to be lazy, they should at least record the date, number of days, and interval of menstruation.
