Do I need to hold my urine during bladder ultrasound?

If you need to do a bladder color ultrasound, it is best to do it on an empty stomach, and try to go to the hospital for relevant examinations in the morning. This will be more beneficial to your body. You still need to hold your urine, so that your examination results will be more accurate, there will be no misdiagnosis, and the pathological phenomena in your body will be clearer.

Circulatory system: heart, brain, limbs, and blood vessel diseases

Digestive system: liver, gallbladder, spleen, stomach, abdominal diseases

Urinary system: various diseases of kidney, ureter and bladder

Glandular: thyroid, breast, pancreas, prostate various diseases

Gynecology: uterus, ovaries, fallopian tubes, pelvic diseases

Obstetrics: The condition of the fetus, fetal head, fetal heart rate, placenta, umbilical cord, and amniotic fluid can determine whether there are any deformities, placenta previa, or umbilical cord around the neck.

The instrument has the characteristics of clear images and complete functions. It can examine organs throughout the body, including the heart, liver, gallbladder, pancreas, spleen, kidney, eyeball, thyroid gland, breast, uterus and its appendages, bladder, prostate, prostate stones, prostate hyperplasia, etc., and can perform three-dimensional imaging and various cardiac function tests on cardiovascular diseases. It has unique functions in the diagnosis of various cardiovascular diseases, solid organ diseases, various vascular diseases, and gastrointestinal diseases.

2. The related technology used in color ultrasound is pulse wave. When the speed of the detected object is too high, the color of the color flow will be wrong. It is obviously inferior to spectral Doppler in quantitative analysis. Nowadays, color Doppler ultrasound instruments all have the function of spectral Doppler, that is, color-dual function ultrasound.

3. Color Doppler ultrasound blood flow map (CDF) is also called color Doppler ultrasound imaging (CDI). The source of echo information it obtains is consistent with spectral Doppler. The distribution and direction of blood flow are displayed in two dimensions, and different speeds are distinguished by different colors. The duplex Doppler ultrasound system is a B-mode ultrasound image that shows the location of blood vessels. Doppler measures blood flow, and this combination of B-mode and Doppler systems can more accurately locate any specific blood vessel.

1. Blood flow direction In spectral Doppler display, the zero baseline is used to distinguish the blood flow direction. Those above the zero baseline indicate that the blood is flowing toward the probe, and those below the zero baseline indicate that the blood is flowing away from the probe. In CDI, blood flow direction is indicated by color coding, with red or yellow color spectrum indicating blood flow toward the probe (hot colors); while blue or cyan color spectrum indicates blood flow away from the probe (cold colors).

2. Vascular distribution CDI displays the blood flow in the vascular lumen and is therefore a flow channel type display. It cannot display the vascular wall and outer membrane.

3. Identification of blood vessel types in cancer nodules CDI can be used to classify blood vessels in liver cancer nodules. They can be divided into blood vessels surrounding the nodule and arc-shaped blood vessels at the inner edge of the nodule. The blood vessels flowing into the nodule, the blood vessels inside the nodule, and the blood vessels outflowing from the nodule, etc.
