Men with prostate cancer will experience pain symptoms in the early stages, most commonly in the sciatic nerve, waist and other parts, with severe and unbearable pain. There will also be urination disorders, dysuria, bifurcated urine stream, incomplete urination and other serious symptoms of urinary retention. About half or more of the people with prostate cancer will have symptoms of lymph node metastasis when they first see a doctor. These mostly occur in the retroperitoneum, groin, supraclavicular parts and other parts. If prostate cancer metastasizes to the adjacent regional lymph nodes, there are generally no symptoms. In rare cases, the lymph nodes are widely metastasized and there will be enlarged lymph nodes. When the blood vessels are compressed and the lymph return of the lower limbs is blocked, symptoms of swelling of the lower limbs and scrotum will appear.

In the early stage of prostate cancer, there will be systemic symptoms, because the pain affects daily diet, sleep, etc. After a long period of torture, the patient will become weak and emaciated, and even worse, renal failure symptoms will appear. Patients with prostate cancer generally do not have hematuria and hematospermia. If there is hematuria or hematospermia, you should go to the hospital for examination in time. Prostate cancer is very harmful, so men must pay attention to it.
