Glasses film peeling refers to the falling off of the anti-reflective film on the eyes, which will cause the light transmittance of the glasses to decrease and increase the burden on the eyes. Sunglasses in particular will cause more serious damage to the eyes. When the anti-reflective film on the glasses falls off, we should replace the glasses and not use them anymore. Now let us learn about the treatment methods of removing the film from glasses and the method of adding anti-reflection film to glasses. Sunglasses, like optical lenses, usually have anti-reflection coatings. Especially high-end ones usually have coatings. If you think you can smooth them, there are two dangers: 1: Removing the film layer will reduce the light transmittance of the glasses, increase the burden of eye adjustment, and is bad for the eyes. 2: Sunglasses themselves have no degree. If they are not sharpened properly, they will have a certain degree, which is not good for the eyes. So there is no need to sharpen it, it is better to buy another pair. It is impossible to use the inner groove of this circumference as a slide. Does it mean it is a lift mechanism? It seems unrealistic to make several lifts with different angles in such a small space?! Is it forced out of the mold? The circumference is all grooves, and there is no deformation space. Forced demolding will definitely damage the product. The only way is to make a movable insert (beer insert) in the mirror ring to be ejected together with the product. Put the insert in before closing the mold, and then eject it together with the product when demolding. After the product (frame) is pushed out, the insert is still stuck in the inner groove. At this time, you can just pry the insert out with your hands. It is very easy to bend it if you can control the strength and technique, because many glasses are made of memory materials, which have good elasticity and the inner groove is not very deep. Generally, bend the inserts will not have any impact on the product. After the insert is broken out, it needs to be put back into the mold for injection molding. Generally, when we make these movable inserts (beer inserts), they need to be positioned. For example, the insert in the picture below needs to have a positioning bump to control the position of the insert. Positioning bumps alone are not enough, positioning pins are also needed. With the insert pin, the insert can be hung on the mold when it is placed on the horizontal injection molding machine, so it will not fall down easily. Without insert pins, the inserts may easily fall out or become loose and cause mold compression. There are inlay pins to hang the inlays For this type of thin insert, the insert can be thickened about 4mm away from the sealing position to increase the strength of the insert. The above is the general practice of manually demolding the inner groove of glasses! In fact, this method of "placing beer inserts" is also applicable to many other molds with low production volume and low automation requirements. |
