The early symptoms of prostate cancer are very hidden and can only be discovered accidentally during examinations. There are no obvious early symptoms. The incidence of prostate cancer is uncertain and the symptoms are not obvious, which makes it difficult for doctors to diagnose prostate cancer.

1. Urinary dysfunction

Urinating may be difficult, the urine stream may become thinner or crooked, or the urine stream may be bifurcated, the urination process may be prolonged, the urination may be frequent, urgent, painful, or the urge to urinate may continue. In severe cases, urine may drip or even result in urine retention.

2. Pain

Pain in the lower back, sacrum, buttocks, hips, pelvis, and sciatica is common and is severe and unbearable.

3. Metastatic symptoms

Metastasis is common in prostate cancer patients. About 1/3 or even 2/3 of patients have lymph node metastasis when they first visit the doctor, which often occurs in the iliac, iliac, waist, groin and other locations. It can induce enlarged lymph nodes in the corresponding locations and swelling of the lower limbs.

4. Systemic symptoms

Because the pain affects diet, sleep and spirit, after a long period of torture, the whole body condition gradually becomes weak, emaciated, and weak, with progressive anemia, cachexia or renal failure.

5. Changes in physiological functions

There are premature ejaculation, spermatorrhea, loss of libido or impotence, and some patients have ejaculation pain and hematospermia. Chronic prostatitis is an important cause of some infertility.

6. Neurasthenia

Insomnia, dreaminess, fatigue and dizziness, lack of self-confidence, depression, and memory loss.
