1. Anemia:


The number of red blood cells in the blood of anemia patients decreases, resulting in a decrease in the oxygen content in the blood flowing through the lungs and other tissues of the human body, which will inevitably cause fatigue and shortness of breath. Anemia can be caused by iron or vitamin deficiencies, excessive blood loss, and diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, cancer, or kidney failure.


2. Diabetes :

3. Thyroid disease:

6. Sleep apnea:


The disease seriously reduces sleep quality and patients always feel tired. Sleep apnea symptoms may occur at least a dozen times a night, or as many as hundreds of times, and patients will feel very tired after waking up.

7. Chronic Fatigue Syndrome:


It can cause intense fatigue and lethargy, and patients will feel tired after just a little activity. Other symptoms include headache, muscle and joint pain, and lymph node allergy.
