What to do with lymphatic bubbles

What to do with lymphatic bubbles

The lymphatic system is prone to blockage because it often has to clear toxins, and this can often cause many symptoms. Some people may develop lymph follicles, which are mainly caused by symptoms such as pharyngitis. If the follicle is not particularly large, you can consider drinking more water to alleviate the condition. If it is too large, surgery is required to remove it. Let’s take a look at what should be done with lymph follicles?

Lymph follicles are the lymphatic tissues of the human body. The tonsils and adenoma in the pharynx are all lymphoid tissues. Under normal circumstances, lymphoid follicles are not obvious, but when there is chronic inflammation in the pharynx, they proliferate and hypertrophy, which is often referred to as lymphoid follicle hyperplasia in clinical practice.

Lymph follicular hyperplasia itself is not a disease, but a protective response of lymphoid tissue to inflammation, just like the swelling of inguinal lymph nodes when there is inflammation or infection in the lower limbs. The hyperplasia of pharyngeal lymphoid follicles itself does not harm the human body, but it will cause a foreign body sensation in the pharynx. For lymph follicle hyperplasia, if the symptoms are not obvious, you can ignore it. The fundamental issue is to treat the primary disease. What causes the hyperplasia and hypertrophy of lymph follicles? If this cause is not eliminated, lymph follicles cannot be eliminated. For example, smokers and alcoholics have hyperplasia of pharyngeal lymph follicles. If they do not quit smoking and drinking, even if the lymph follicles are removed, they may reappear under the stimulation of tobacco and alcohol.

The follicular type is an indolent lymphoma. If you are worried, you can do a lumbar MRI to check. This tumor itself is not highly malignant and does not require transplantation. It is impossible to continue chemotherapy forever. The prerequisite for autologous stem cell transplantation is that the tumor is relatively sensitive to chemotherapy, that is, a relatively high degree of malignancy such as diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. The follicular type develops relatively slowly, and the autologous stem cell transplantation process requires high-dose chemotherapy, and the cure rate is not high. Autologous stem cell transplantation is not currently recommended for the follicular type. If there is swelling and pain in the bone marrow, there will be discomfort in the bones all over the body. If you are worried, you can do a bone marrow puncture cytology examination.
