The manifestation of excessive anger

In life, we often see some people with red faces, like the red-faced Guan Gong. This is often a manifestation of excessive heart fire rising to the face. When the heart fire burns the body fluids, people will experience symptoms of thirst, and will still feel thirsty even if they drink a lot of water. When the heart fire burns the lower part of the body (roughly equivalent to the position below the stomach), people will have problems with yellow urine and constipation. When the heart fire burns the collaterals, people will have problems such as vomiting blood and nosebleeds.

How to prevent heartburn

Although it is just the beginning of autumn, the "autumn tiger" is still as powerful as ever, and symptoms of excessive heart fire are more likely to appear. So how to prevent it? The first choice are the Daling, Laogong, Waiguan and Xingjian acupoints. Daling is the original point and acupoint of the pericardium meridian. It is closely related to the vital energy of the pericardium meridian and is an important channel for transporting the vital energy of the pericardium meridian. It has a strong effect of clearing the heart and purging fire. Xingjian belongs to the foot Jueyin liver meridian, which can remove the fire from the liver meridian, so it has the effect of clearing heat and purging fire. Waiguan belongs to the Shaoyang Triple Burner Meridian of the Hand. Sanjiao is a description of the location of the internal organs in the human body in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Once the fire of Sanjiao is eliminated, the person's anxiety, irritability, tension, etc. will disappear and the body will feel unobstructed. Laogong point is located in the palm of the hand, between the 2nd and 3rd metacarpal bones. When finding the acupoint, make a half fist, and lightly press the palm of your hand with your index finger, middle finger, ring finger and little finger, so that the tips of the middle finger and ring finger are pressed on the horizontal lines of the palm. The point where the tip of the middle finger is pressing is Laogong. It is a major acupoint on the pericardium meridian, so to relieve heart fire, Laogong must be chosen.

As long as you have a fever, no matter what the cause is, these acupoints can be used to solve it. People who have excessive heart fire or who are easily getting angry can massage these acupoints more often on a daily basis, which can also help maintain health and reduce heart fire.
