What is the rehabilitation training method for brainstem hemorrhage

Although people now have very good living conditions, many physical symptoms may still occur due to various reasons. For example, the number of patients with brainstem hemorrhage has increased in recent years. Rehabilitation training after treatment of this disease is very important. If effective rehabilitation training is not done, it will have a great impact on future life and work. Let us take a look at the precautions for rehabilitation training for brainstem hemorrhage.

We all need to pay great attention to the rehabilitation of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage: the functional disorders caused by acute cerebral hemorrhage are mainly movement disorders and language disorders. The functional recovery after hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage changes most rapidly within the first three months after the onset of the disease, especially in the first few weeks. Maximum recovery is basically achieved at 6 months, and there will be no obvious changes 2 years after onset. Therefore, whether early functional training, especially the rehabilitation of patients in the acute phase, is appropriate directly affects the patients' long-term effects and quality of life.

1. During the acute phase, the patient should stay in bed for 4-6 weeks. Long-distance transportation and excessive movement should be avoided. The head should be protected when turning over, and the movements should be gentle and appropriate to avoid aggravating the bleeding.

2. For those who are unconscious, agitated, or have mental symptoms, add guardrails and appropriate restraints to prevent falls.

3. Raise the head of the bed 15-30 degrees to reduce blood flow to the brain and relieve cerebral edema.

4. The comatose patient should lie flat with the head in the side position, and removable dentures should be removed to prevent aspiration and ensure that the airway is open.

5. After the vital signs are stable, you should start active training in bed, bedside, and getting out of bed, starting with 5-10 minutes/10 times, gradually increasing to 30-45 minutes/time. If there is no discomfort, you can do it 2-3 times/day. Do not hold your breath too hard.

If you accidentally suffer from hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, don't worry. It is very necessary to choose a professional rehabilitation hospital for comprehensive rehabilitation after treatment. Surgical treatment, a reasonable and effective diagnosis and treatment plan was developed, including brain rehabilitation, limb motor training (PT), hand function, upper limb and other fine motor training (OT), and at the same time, auxiliary treatment such as drugs to nourish brain nerves and improve microcirculation were given.

As family members, we should master the care methods for cerebral hemorrhage. Cerebral hemorrhage is caused by untimely treatment. Many diseases will have sequelae and complications due to untimely treatment.

After reading the above introduction to the precautions for rehabilitation training of brainstem hemorrhage, I think everyone has a certain understanding. We must pay special attention to patients with cerebral hemorrhage at home. In addition to treatment, we must not ignore the later rehabilitation training, and we must also pay attention to the reasonable matching of the patient's diet, which will be of great help to the treatment.
