Patients with hypertension should soak their feet in a decoction of chrysanthemum, wolfberry, mulberry leaves, salvia miltiorrhiza and a little borneol. If you need to promote blood circulation and nourish the kidneys, you can choose angelica, red peony root, safflower, and Chuanduan, etc. If your skin is dry and easily cracked, you can choose Chinese medicine such as cinnamon twig, honeysuckle, and safflower. Take 15 to 20 grams of each of the above-mentioned Chinese medicines, boil them in a casserole, then remove the residue and pour the decocted medicine into a bucket, then add hot water and soak for 30 minutes every day.

7 It is also best to use a deeper wooden barrel with a larger bottom area so that your feet can be placed comfortably and flat, and the water should soak all the way to your calves.
