There is another situation where urination is painful but accompanied by burning sensation in the urethra. Burning and itching in the urethra may also be caused by non-gonococcal urethritis, mycoplasma or chlamydia infection. Of course, common bacterial infections and urinary tract infections may also cause this condition.

So, there are two major types of pain when urinating. The first is stones, the second is inflammation of the urinary system. So how should we deal with situations like this? If it is a stone in the urinary system, of course one should drink more water and seek medical treatment in time, whether it is surgery or medication, or extracorporeal lithotripsy.

④ Inflammation of adjacent organs, such as prostatitis, seminal vesiculitis, vaginitis or cervicitis, can spread to the urethra, which is often a stubborn lesion of chronic posterior urethritis;

⑤ Often related to sexual life, unclean sexual life can easily cause urinary tract infection.
