How to clean oil stains on clothes

In life, our clothes are often stained with oil, which may be dripped while eating, or the oil may splash out of the pan when cooking and splash onto the clothes. Of course, these happen accidentally and we cannot avoid them. It is better to face them calmly. The most direct solution is to wash them. They can still be worn after washing. However, is there any good cleaning method that can be used?

1. First soak the contaminated part of the clothes in 60℃ hot water, take it out after a while, sprinkle a small amount of alkali powder and an equal amount of laundry detergent on it, and rub it with your hands. Rinse with clean water and then wash again with detergent.

2. Cut the soap into pieces and dissolve it in boiling water, then rub the clothes in the soapy liquid.

3. Take a little flour and mix it with cold water to make a paste. Apply it on the front and back of the oily stains. After drying, peel off the flour and the oily stains will be removed.

4. Apply mung bean powder thickly on the oil stains, and then use an electric iron to iron them for a while to remove the oil stains.

5. Place a piece of blotting paper on the front and back of the oil stain, dust it off after pressing a page, and then rub it with hot rice soup.

6. Boil the radish in clean water, take the juice and rub it.

7. Spread straw ash or bean straw ash on the oil stain, cover it with white paper, press it overnight, then dust it off, and then rub it with hot rice soup.

2. Other oil stains

1. Mechanical oil stains can be scrubbed with gasoline. At the same time, place blotting paper (filter towels can also be used) inside and outside the clothes, and then iron them with an iron until all the oil stains are absorbed. Finally, wash with detergent and rinse with clean water.

2. For ballpoint pen stains, first soak them in 40℃ warm water, then rub them with benzene or wipe them with cotton dipped in benzene, then wash them with detergent and rinse them with clean water.

Oil stains are difficult to wash off, which we usually notice because oil stains on hands are difficult to wash off. Usually we have to wipe them with paper first and then wash them with soap. In this way, we can infer how difficult it is to wash oil stains on clothes. However, as long as you follow the methods in the article, you can still wash them off.
