The human body is composed of many meridians. If the meridians of the human body are blocked, the body will cause pain or other discomfort symptoms. Modern people pay more and more attention to health care. Many people have the habit of unblocking meridians. There are many meridians on the arms. Different meridians have different effects on the human body. It is very good for the arm if the meridians on the inside of the arm are usually unblocked. What are the meridians on the inner side of the arm? There are six meridians on the arms: three yin meridians running from the chest to the upper limbs (hands). When the human body stands naturally and the hands are hanging down, they are on the inside of the arms. They are the hand Taiyin lung meridian on the inner front edge, the hand Jueyin pericardium meridian on the inner midline, and the hand Shaoyin heart meridian on the inner posterior edge. The three yang meridians that run from the hand to the head are on the outside of the arm. They are: the hand yangming large intestine meridian at the outer front edge, the hand shaoyang triple burner meridian at the outer midline, and the hand taiyang small intestine meridian at the outer back edge. Six meridians form a meridian network around the arm. During acupuncture, needles should be inserted into the corresponding meridians. 1. How to dredge the meridians in the arms 1.1 Acupuncture and massage Acupuncture and massage can help open up the Ren and Du meridians and the twelve main meridians. Ancient health experts believed that dredging the meridians can be an important measure for health preservation, and the simplest way is to regularly stimulate, massage and acupuncture three important acupoints, namely Hegu, Neiguan and Zusanli. Hegu point can prevent and treat diseases of the face and five senses, Neiguan point helps prevent and treat heart disease, and Zusanli point is most effective in preventing diseases of the internal organs, especially the digestive system. 1.2. Warm compress with medicine Applying ointments externally can also help dredge the meridians and promote the circulation of qi and blood. For example, Zhuifeng Zhuanggu Paste has the effects of chasing away wind and dispersing cold, promoting blood circulation and relieving pain. It is used for wind-cold and dampness, shoulder and back pain, waist soreness and weak legs, tendon and vein spasms, meridian blockage, limb numbness, joint pain, and tendon and bone weakness. When using, clean the affected area with ginger, warm and soften it, and apply it to the affected area. Warm compress can help promote blood circulation and dredge meridians. 1.3. Heating When there is a lot of cold and dampness in the body, it is like facing a piece of land frozen due to the cold. Massage and acupuncture cannot solve the fundamental problem. Only when the "earth" warms up, the rivers melt and the land thaws, will the rivers flow smoothly and the land become soft and breathable. When encountering this kind of situation, you must learn the techniques of warming up the body and expelling cold and dampness at the same time, so that the body can be completely thawed and various channels can be naturally unblocked. |
