1. Follow the 2-4 hour rule. Cooked food should not be kept at room temperature for more than 2 hours and should be eaten as soon as possible or refrigerated. If cooked food is kept at room temperature for more than 4 hours, it is recommended to fully heat it before eating or discard it directly. 2. Remember the shelf life of food. Rice foods should be placed in a cool place with a shelf life of about 1 week to 3 months. Root vegetables such as sweet potatoes should be stored in a cool place or on the bottom layer of the refrigerator. Fish and meat should be packaged in appropriate amounts and refrigerated or frozen.
