1 turtle (about 150-250g), 15 red dates. First, scald the turtle with boiling water to make it drain all its urine, then cut off its head and claws, remove its internal organs, wash it and cook it with red dates until it is well-cooked, then remove the bones and pits before eating. Take once every 3 days for 3 consecutive times. It is suitable for patients with purpura nephritis due to yin deficiency and hyperactivity of fire, with symptoms including purpura of the lower limbs and hematuria, accompanied by hot palms and soles, dry mouth and thirst, dry and hard stools, red tongue with little fluid, and thin and rapid pulse.
