2. Take 100 grams of Pulsatilla striata, 30 grams of Gardenia jasminoides, 15 grams of Realgar, and 30 grams of Angelica dahurica. First, boil the whitehead in water for 30 minutes, then filter out 500 ml of the liquid. Then add the finely ground gardenia, realgar and angelica dahurica. Shake well and apply to the affected area. 3 times a day.

7. Take 24 grams of Tuqinpi, 12 grams of realgar, 24 grams of black plum, and 300 ml of rice vinegar. Soak the bark of hibiscus, realgar and black plum in rice vinegar for 2 weeks, then filter the vinegar, put it in a dark bottle and seal it for later use. When using, dip a cotton swab in a small amount of the solution and apply it to the affected area. Twice a day.

8. Take 100 grams of Tribulus terrestris fruit and soak it in 300 ml of 95% alcohol. After 5 days, wipe the affected area with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol. Twice a day.

9. Soak 30 grams of Stemona bulbus, 30 grams of Cnidium monnieri, and 15 grams of realgar powder in 500 ml of 95% alcohol. After one day, wipe the affected area with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol. Twice a day.

11. Rub the affected area with fresh Pulsatilla leaves with moderate force.

12. Grind 10 grams of fleabane into fine powder and mix it with appropriate amount of sesame oil into a paste and apply it to the affected area.

2. Factors causing neurodermatitis

1. Spirit

Current research suggests that this disease is mostly caused by autonomic nervous system dysfunction, and long-term stress and negative mental emotions are common causes of this disease.

2. Stimulation

4. Treatment

Luzi Ke Yan Wang can be applied to the affected area. It has the effects of dispelling wind and dampness, clearing away heat and detoxifying, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and relieving inflammation and itching. It is hormone-free and extracted from pure Chinese medicine.

Patients with neurodermatitis should overcome negative mental factors such as irritability, anxiety, insomnia, etc., and maintain an easy-going attitude when dealing with people. Avoid drinking alcohol, strong tea and eating spicy foods. Gastrointestinal dysfunction should be corrected. Try to avoid scratching the affected area. If the itching is really unbearable, you can use a cold towel to apply a cool compress, or apply medicine immediately. Do not use hot water to relieve the itching. You must persist in taking the medication and cannot stop taking it on your own just because the itching has subsided.
