Cantonese food stall stir-fry menu

First, fry the pork slices and shrimp together. Heat a pan and stir-fry the garlic slices with 2 tablespoons of oil. Add oyster sauce and stir-fry the green vegetables, straw mushrooms, and radish slices. Then add the fish and stir-fry quickly. Add the shrimp balls. Return the pork to the pan, add a little broth, soy sauce, and sugar, and stir-fry until evenly mixed. Serve on the rice noodles.

Cantonese style fried noodles

Material

Ingredients: 220g Cantonese fried noodles (dry), 6 slices of squid, 3 slices of barbecued pork, 4 dried mushrooms, 2 shrimps, 4 slices of carrots, 4 stalks of bok choy, 150g broth, 1 tsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp chicken powder, 1/2 tsp soy sauce paste, 2 tsp cornstarch

(1) Blanch the Cantonese fried noodles until cooked, drain and let cool for later use.

(2) Add other ingredients and seasonings into the pot and cook until thick.

(3) Put the Cantonese fried noodles into a frying pan and fry until both sides are crispy. Then put them on a plate and pour the sauce from step (2) on them.

Material

Snow peas, Cantonese bacon, Chinese sausage, ginger slices, salt, cooking wine

1. Remove the ends of the snow peas, remove the tendons, and wash them. Wash the bacon and sausage. Boil water in a pot and cook the bacon and sausage for a few minutes, then remove and slice. <You can get some spoils by cooking bacon and sausage>
