What are the symptoms of hyperactivity?

What are the symptoms of hyperactivity?

From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, the harmony of the body actually requires the harmony of yin and yang. If there is hyperactivity of yang, the body will become unharmonious, such as hot flashes, night sweats, coughing up blood, etc. These symptoms are relatively obvious. If the body shows signs of hyperactivity, it is necessary to regulate the body in time, such as drinking white chrysanthemum tea, grape celery juice, etc.

Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity refers to the deficiency of Yin Qi and the loss of restraint of Yang Qi, which will produce pathological changes and hyperactivity of physiological and pathological functions, which is called "Yang hyperactivity". The clinical manifestations include hot flashes, red cheeks, night sweats, fever in the five hearts, coughing up blood, blurred vision, weight loss or insomnia, numbness and stiffness, irritability, or spermatorrhea, hypersexuality, and a red and dry tongue.

Basic content

Yin deficiency refers to the deficiency of essence, blood or body fluid. Generally speaking, under normal conditions, Yin and Yang are relatively balanced, restraining and coordinating each other. When the Yin Qi is deficient and the Yang Qi loses restraint, it will cause pathological changes and hyperactivity of physiological and pathological functions, which is called "Yang hyperactivity". Therefore, Yin deficiency can cause Yang hyperactivity, and Yang hyperactivity can cause Yin fluid depletion. The two are mutually causal.

Clinical manifestations: hot flashes, red cheeks, night sweats, fever in the five parts of the body, coughing up blood, blurred vision, weight loss or insomnia, numbness and stiffness, irritability and easy thinking, or nocturnal emission, hypersexuality, red and dry tongue, etc.

Hypertension, diabetes, etc. can all be manifested by Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity
