What is the method to remove melanin mole

Melanoma is a benign melanocytic tumor, which will not damage the skin, but it may cause damage. The distribution of melanoma may appear on the reticular dermis surface, so the outer layer of the skin can be seen. More serious melanoma will be raised on the surface and feel soft to the touch. Melanoma often grows in sweat glands, hair follicles, blood vessels, nerves and subcutaneous tissue. To remove melanoma, you should pay attention to supplementing vitamins and water. It can be treated by surgical freezing, but melanoma growing in the nerve area cannot be removed because it is easy to damage the nerve. If you have to remove it, you need to use professional medical technology.

Prevention and treatment

You can also improve your skin tone through diet. For example, drink plenty of water, eat more vegetables and fruits, increase the intake of antioxidant foods, and consume more foods rich in vitamin C. Chemical experiments have shown that the series of reactions that form melanin are mostly oxidation reactions, but when vitamin C is added, the formation of melanin can be blocked. Therefore, eat more foods rich in vitamin C, such as sour jujube, fresh jujube, tomatoes, sea buckthorn, citrus, fresh green leafy vegetables, etc.

Medically, melanocytic nevus is a benign tumor and generally does not require treatment. For patients who want to remove melanin nevus, it is best to choose a dermatologist for treatment, which is more reliable. Commonly used treatment methods include surgical resection, laser therapy, and radiofrequency knife resection.

Disease Confusion

1. Benign junctional nevus

Microscopically, benign large nevus cells are seen without atypical cells growing only in the dermis, and the inflammatory reaction is not obvious.

2. Juvenile melanoma

It appears as a slow-growing, round nodule on the face of a child. Microscopically, the cells are pleomorphic and have nuclear divisions. The tumor cells do not infiltrate the epidermis and no ulcers form on the tumor surface.

3. Cellular blue nevus

It often occurs in the buttocks, coccyx, sacrum and lumbar regions. It is a light blue nodule with a smooth and irregular surface. Under the microscope, dark black cells with large prismatic cells with dendritic processes can be seen, which are aggregated into cell islands with nuclear division or necrosis. The possibility of malignancy should be considered when diagnosing it.

4. Basal cell carcinoma

It is a malignant tumor of epithelial cells that infiltrates deep into the basal layer of the epidermis. The cancer nests are surrounded by columnar or cuboidal cells. The cells are darkly stained and arranged in an irregular pattern. The cancer cells may contain melanin.

5. Sclerosing hemangioma

The epidermis is hyperkeratotic and the dermis has papillary proliferation and dilated capillaries, which are often surrounded by downward-extending epidermal processes and resemble intraepidermal hematoma.

6. Senile mole

It is seen in the elderly and appears as warts on the body surface. The nevus has hyperkeratosis and thickening of the granular layer of the epidermis, or atrophy and hypertrophy of the acanthus layer with an intact basal layer. There may also be increased pigmentation, and the dermal papillary proliferation appears as papilloma-like hyperplasia.

7. Seborrheic keratosis

The lesions also show papilloma-like hyperplasia with clear subepidermal boundaries and incomplete keratinization. The granular layer first thickens and then thins or even disappears. There may be a small amount or a large amount of melanin in the proliferating epidermal cells.

8. Subungual hematoma

There is often a history of trauma, and under the microscope, there are dried blood cells and possible proliferation of epithelial fibroblasts.
