What is the scientific diagnosis method for tongue cancer? Tongue cancer is a malignant tumor with a very fast course of disease development. Because tongue cancer generally requires surgical resection, which seriously affects the patient's health and life, so we should pay more attention to the timely detection and diagnosis of this disease. So what is the scientific diagnosis method for tongue cancer?

Clinical diagnosis of tongue cancer: The diagnosis of tongue cancer is usually not difficult. In the early stage, due to the absence of symptoms or mild symptoms, patients do not pay attention to it, which often leads to delayed diagnosis and treatment.

1. Clinical manifestations: Small nodules at the beginning, gradually forming obvious masses, followed by ulcers in the center, slightly raised edges, slight pain, and long-term non-healing. When combined with infection, the pain is aggravated, which may affect eating and swallowing, and even make it difficult to speak and open the mouth.

2. Pathological examination: For tongue nodules, erosions or ulcers, especially those located on the lateral edge of the tongue, if there is no improvement or continues to grow after 2 to 3 weeks of treatment, this disease should be considered and a biopsy is required to confirm the diagnosis. The sample should be taken from the edge of the tumor and include some normal tissue. If the sample is shallow, cancerous tissue is often not found.

3. Cervical lymph node biopsy: This disease often causes metastasis to the cervical lymph nodes, especially under the digastric muscle and submandibular. The neck should be carefully examined and a cervical lymph node biopsy should be performed when necessary, which is of certain significance in the diagnosis and staging of the disease.

Ginsenoside Rh2 can be used as an auxiliary treatment for tongue cancer. It can enhance efficacy and reduce toxicity, and at the same time improve the patient's own immune function and enhance disease resistance.
