9. Pharmacokinetics

Cyclic adenosine phosphate meglumine enters the human body, and its half-life in the blood is 60 to 150 minutes. Due to its good hydrophilicity, especially its strong fat solubility, it can easily penetrate the fat-soluble cell membrane and enter the myocardial cells to exert its effects. It is decomposed into 5-AMP by the phosphodiester phase, and then degraded into adenosine and phosphate by the 5-AMP phase. Cyclic adenosine phosphate meglumine begins to work 10 to 20 minutes after administration, with the peak effect time being 1 to 2 hours, and the drug effect disappears in 6 to 8 hours.
