Cervical lymphoma is a common lymphoma that many patients suffer from. So, what are the symptoms of cervical lymphoma? How to treat it?

The malignant transformation of lymphocytes is called lymphoma. According to the "World Health Organization Pathological Classification of Tumors of the Lymphatic System", there are nearly 70 known pathological types of lymphoma, which can be divided into Hodgkin's lymphoma and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.

The symptoms of cervical lymph node cancer are: local compression symptoms caused by swollen lymph nodes, mainly referring to deep lymph nodes, such as enlarged longitudinal lymph nodes, which can compress the esophagus and cause dysphagia; compress the superior vena cava and cause superior vena cava syndrome; compress the trachea and cause coughing, chest tightness, dyspnea and cyanosis.

Another symptom is: lymphadenopathy, including superficial and deep lymph nodes, progressive, painless, hard, can be promoted, non-adhesive in the early stage, fused in the late stage, anti-inflammatory and anti-tuberculosis treatment is ineffective. Axillary and abdominal grooves have been won. Deep vertical isolation, beside the abdominal aorta, superficial lymph nodes in the neck.

The treatment of lymphoma can be done surgically. For patients with intranodal lymphoma, the treatment of lymphoma is mainly for biopsy, pathology or staged laparotomy. Extranodal lymphoma of the brain, spinal cord, orbit, salivary gland, thyroid, lung, liver, and spleen is often resected first, followed by radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy. Immunotherapy can also be used for lymphoma, which can be used as an adjuvant treatment for other lymphomas.
