Dietary treatment: The diet should increase coarse vegetables and fruits containing more plant fiber, and eat rough and residue-rich grains in moderation, such as standard flour, brown rice, sweet potatoes, mung beans, jelly, potatoes, corn, oatmeal, etc.; eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, especially watermelon, bananas, pears, apples, bitter melon, cucumber, water chestnut, cabbage, celery, loofah, day lily, etc.; eat some dried fruits rich in oil, such as pine nuts, sesame seeds, walnut kernels, peanuts, etc.; cold boiled water, honey, etc. can also help defecation; eat less high-protein, high-cholesterol foods such as meat and animal offal, and eat less spicy and irritating foods.

Honey: Suitable for people with dry intestines and constipation. Grind 180 grams of honey and 30 grams of black sesame seeds, mix them, steam them, and eat them as a snack twice a day.

Banana: clears heat, moistens the intestines, and detoxifies. It is suitable for people with heat constipation and habitual dry intestinal constipation. Eat raw, 2 to 3 times a day, 2 sticks each time.

Apple: Eat 1 to 2 apples on an empty stomach every morning and evening to treat dry and hard stools. Regular consumption is effective.

Mulberry: It moisturizes the intestines and is suitable for people with weak constitution who suffer from dry intestines and constipation, and also for those who suffer from chronic blood deficiency and constipation. Squeeze fresh black mulberry juice, take 15 ml each time, twice a day. Or use 2000 grams of fresh mulberries, squeeze the juice, and 500 grams of white sugar. First put the white sugar into an aluminum pot, add a little water, and simmer over low heat. After the sugar is dissolved, add the mulberry juice and simmer together into mulberry paste. Take 15 grams twice a day, dissolved in warm water, for 1 week.

If it is stubborn stool retention, you can choose these methods to help yourself adjust. No matter how stubborn the stool retention is, it will be improved under our adjustment. When improving this stubborn stool retention, you must reasonably improve your usual diet and avoid eating foods that are difficult to digest for a long time. You must remember to exercise reasonably and arrange good living habits for yourself.
