Some expectant mothers who have not yet become mothers may not know much about what breast pads are, so let’s learn about breast pads below.

Breast pads are essential items for controlling milk leakage during breastfeeding. The inside of the pads is made of super absorbent polymer material that can absorb excess breast milk and fix the leaking milk inside. The outside is a breathable and waterproof layer that can keep the bra dry.

There are several materials:

5. Highly absorbent polymers, crushed pulp, non-woven fabrics

advantage:

The absorbent layer made of high-molecular-weight polymer material can quickly absorb and prevent breast milk from leaking out; the ultra-thin three-dimensional tailoring is perfectly fitted; the soft and comfortable material is well ventilated and will not feel damp; each piece is individually packaged for easy carrying when going out; three-dimensional molding is made according to the chest line and fits perfectly.

Be sure to pay attention to hygiene when using breast pads so that you can achieve the purpose of use and provide your baby with a healthier breastfeeding environment.

How to use breast pads

Breast pads, as the name suggests, are a tool to prevent breast leakage. But how should it be used specifically? Let’s take a look at it together below.

Although breast pads are accepted by many mothers, some mothers may not know how to use them. In fact, the use of breast pads is very simple. Here are the specific steps:

1. Open the package. It is best to choose a disposable single-piece sanitary package, which is safer and more convenient to use;

2. Tear off the adhesive paper;

3. Stick the adhesive side to the underwear. The anti-slip double-stick adhesive design will make it more secure and reliable.

Before feeding the baby, the expectant mother may need to clean the breasts and nipples first, and replace new breast pads after breastfeeding. Details will make the baby healthier. Highly nutritious breast milk can easily breed bacteria, so it is recommended to change it every 3-4 hours. Nursing pads come in many packages, such as 36 pieces or 100 pieces. Based on my personal experience, I recommend buying a pack of 100 pieces directly. You need at least five disposable nursing pads a day, and 100 pieces should be enough during breastfeeding.

Breast pads are very easy to use. You only need to tear and stick them gently to better protect your health. At the same time, you can feel more at ease when your baby is breastfeeding without worrying about bacteria infecting the baby through breastfeeding.
