After the beer belly is reduced, the third step is to strengthen the abdominal strength. This process is very painful, but fortunately there are some fitness equipment that are convenient for everyone to practice. The effect of using an abdominal wheel is good. Most people still need some time to practice before they can do it.

If the conditions are insufficient, you can use the most primitive sit-ups. For the first time, you should base yourself on your normal level. You need to keep increasing your training, such as long-distance running 8 kilometers and doing push-ups. This process is boring and tedious. At the same time, you need to enhance muscle strength, so you need to eat some beef and high-calorie foods. Don't eat too much beef at each meal, just 5 or 6 pieces depending on the situation.
