What's the matter with white drops at the end of urine?

Normally, there will be no white secretions from the urethra after urinating. If there is white secretions from the urethra after urinating, it is likely that it is white urine. White urine is likely caused by prostatitis. For the sake of your own health, men must go to the hospital for treatment in time after white urine occurs. If you delay, it may delay the disease, causing the condition to worsen, and eventually miss the best treatment time.

There are three main reasons why men may have white urine:

Once the phenomenon of white urine appears, you have to suspect whether it is prostatitis, and it is a chronic prostatitis that is relatively difficult to treat. White urine refers to white secretions flowing out of the urethra after urination. This secretion is generally prostatic fluid, not semen, and usually occurs before and after urination and when straining during defecation. Many situations can cause white urine, such as spicy food, excessive drinking, cold, excessive sexual life, etc., which may cause prostatitis.

The appearance of white urine may also be a sign of gonococcal urethritis. The symptoms of gonococcal urethritis are somewhat similar to those of prostatitis, but there are some differences. If a large amount of white secretions flow out of the urethra, accompanied by obvious symptoms such as urgency, frequency, and pain when urinating, and a history of unclean sexual life, this situation is likely to be gonococcal urethritis; if the secretions are less but there is obvious urinary tract irritation and a history of unclean sexual life, then you may have non-gonococcal urethritis. Both of these conditions are sexually transmitted diseases and should be treated as soon as possible, otherwise, there is a possibility of developing chronic prostatitis.

Prepuce that is too long is also one of the main culprits of white urine. One in ten Chinese men suffers from prepuce that is too long. Prepuce that is too long makes it difficult to wash away the dirt on the foreskin, which causes irritation to the glans penis, resulting in balanitis and even ascending infection leading to urethritis, prostatitis, etc.

What causes prostatitis?

1. Prostate congestion: Congestion caused by various reasons, especially passive congestion, is an important pathogenic factor of prostatitis.

(1) Abnormal sexual life: too frequent sexual intercourse and forced interruption of sexual intercourse.

(2) Compression of the perineum: riding a bicycle, riding a horse, and sitting for long periods of time.

(3) Unhealthy lifestyle: excessive drinking and overeating of greasy food.

(4) Massage too hard

(5) Colds and chills

2. Urine irritation: Urine contains a variety of acidic and alkaline chemicals. When local neuroendocrine disorders cause excessive urethral pressure and damage to the opening of the prostate duct, uric acid and other irritating chemicals will reflux into the prostate and induce prostatitis.

3. Infection by pathogenic microorganisms: Various microorganisms such as bacteria, protozoa, viruses, etc. can become sources of infection that cause prostatitis, among which bacteria are the most common, such as gonococci and non-gonococci.

4. Immune factors and allergies: Studies have shown that prostatitis is related to autoimmune factors. Congenital or acquired immune deficiency leads to the production of anti-prostate antibodies, which in turn causes prostate tissue damage.
