Generally, fruits such as apples, bananas, cherries, peaches, pears, grapes, kumquats, cherry tomatoes, and watermelons are alkaline, some are neutral, and some are alkaline. People who are allergic to it or prone to eczema should not eat it.

Most obese people have acidic constitutions, so they should eat more alkaline fruits to neutralize the acid and help promote normal fat metabolism. You can eat more alkaline fruits after exercise, which can quickly recover the muscle soreness caused by exercise. In short, don’t pay too much attention to acidic and alkaline fruits. The human body must achieve an acid-base balance to be healthy.
