How to cool down in summer without air conditioning

Many people use air conditioning to cool down during the hot summer months, so most people simply cannot imagine how to cool down without air conditioning. Generally speaking, high temperatures can affect people's moods and even their lives and work, so when there is no air conditioning, we must learn to achieve the purpose of cooling down through some small details.

1. Sprinkle water to cool down

Not many people use this method. It is mainly used to cool down the house and yard. People are best not to enter during the cooling process. This is the same principle as steaming buns, which is also very hot. Sprinkling water on the ground can indeed cool it down, and when the water evaporates it will take away a lot of heat. However, the prerequisite is that the place needs to be well ventilated, otherwise the moisture that absorbs heat will still be in this space and it will still feel very hot. Special reminder: the place for watering needs to be ventilated and cool, otherwise the cooling effect will not be good.

2. Pull the curtains to block out light during the day

During the day, many friends have to go out to work, so at this time, they must draw the curtains in the south-facing room. If it is not pulled, the heat from the sun will penetrate into the room, causing the bedding, walls, floors, etc. to accumulate heat. When I lie in bed at night, I feel the whole room is hot.

3. Use ice cubes to dissipate heat

If there is no air conditioning in the summer, many friends will choose to buy an air-conditioning fan. In fact, the principle of an air-conditioning fan is to use melted ice to take away heat. For those who cannot afford air conditioning or fans at home, you can directly use ice cubes to dissipate heat. Just put ice cubes (a lot of them are needed) in a hot room to achieve a cooling effect!
