Lymphoma brings a lot of harm to everyone in real life. Knowing more about the symptoms of the disease will be very beneficial to yourself. Lymphoma is very malignant and very harmful to patients. Therefore, we should know more about this disease and take more precautions in our daily lives. So, how much does it cost to treat lymphoma? Generally speaking, chemotherapy is the main treatment for lymphoma. At least 6 courses of chemotherapy are required for lymphoma. If it is effective, it must not be stopped, otherwise all the previous efforts will be wasted. Because the chemotherapy regimens used are different, generally 3-4 weeks is a course of treatment. After a course of treatment, rest for 14 or 21 days before the next course, for a total of 6 courses. One course of chemotherapy costs about 4,000-7,000 yuan. However, the specific cost of lymphoma chemotherapy will vary depending on the grade of the hospital and the different drugs used. The cost prices provided are for reference only. 1. Radiotherapy Radiotherapy for lymphoma has achieved remarkable results. It is relatively effective, but it is best to use a linear accelerator. There are two methods of using high-energy rays to irradiate HDⅠA to ⅡB over a large area: extended irradiation and whole body lymph node irradiation. In addition to the accumulated lymph nodes and tumor tissue, extended irradiation must also include nearby lymph node areas that may be invaded. For example, if the lesion is on the diaphragm, a cloak-like irradiation is used. An inverted "Y"-like irradiation is used below the diaphragm. The cloak-like irradiation site includes the lymph nodes above and below the clavicle at the end of the mastoid, the axilla, the hilum of the lung, the mediastinum, and even the diaphragm; the humeral head, larynx, and lungs must be protected from irradiation. The inverted "Y"-like irradiation includes the lymph nodes from the subdiaphragmatic lymph nodes to the lymph nodes beside the abdominal aorta, the pelvic cavity, and the groin, and irradiates the spleen area at the same time. The dose is 30~40Gy, and one course of treatment is 3~4 weeks. Whole body lymph node irradiation is a cloak-like irradiation above the diaphragm and an inverted "Y"-like irradiation below the diaphragm. 2. Chemotherapy for lymphoma mostly uses combination chemotherapy, and the goal is to achieve complete remission in the first treatment to create favorable conditions for long-term disease-free survival. 3. Bone marrow transplantation For lymphoma patients under 60 years old who can tolerate high-dose chemotherapy, all lymph node radiotherapy and high-dose combined chemotherapy can be considered, combined with allogeneic or autologous bone marrow transplantation, in order to achieve longer-term remission and disease-free survival. At present, domestic and foreign studies on autologous bone marrow transplantation for diffuse and progressive lymphoma have achieved encouraging results. The above briefly introduces three treatment methods for lymphoma. Each treatment method is different. You should have your own understanding of the information on the cost of lymphoma treatment. I hope the above information is helpful to you. |
