How to cool down quickly in hot weather

The weather is very hot in summer, and hot weather may cause people's bodies to secrete a lot of sweat, which makes people very uncomfortable and may affect their mood. In fact, there are many ways to cool down in life. The most direct way is probably to cool down through air conditioning. Environmental factors should also be considered when cooling down. So when the weather is hot, how can you cool down quickly besides air conditioning?

1. Air conditioning cooling

Air conditioning is a great invention of mankind, which has saved many people from suffering in the scorching heat. Air conditioners are easy to operate and only require some electricity to make the room extremely cool, so they are loved by many people. However, it should be noted that due to the refrigeration mechanism of the air conditioner, a lot of moisture in the air will be consumed. Therefore, after turning on the air conditioner, the air in the room will be very dry. You need to drink more water. You can sprinkle some water on the floor in the room to increase the air humidity.

2. Fan cooling

The reason why electric fans can cool down is because the human body emits sweat. According to the laws of physics, the flow of air does not cause the temperature to drop, but it accelerates the evaporation of liquids and therefore the evaporation of sweat. Sweat absorbs part of the heat in the human body during the evaporation process, making people feel cool. Therefore, when using an electric fan, you also need to drink more water. Even if you don’t sweat, you will still feel very hot. A little tip for cooling down: properly sprinkling water on the ground and using an electric fan will also lower the surrounding temperature and make people feel cooler.

3. Sprinkle water to cool down

Not many people use this method. It is mainly used to cool down the house and yard. People are best not to enter during the cooling process. This is the same principle as steaming buns, which is also very hot. Sprinkling water on the ground can indeed cool it down, and when the water evaporates it will take away a lot of heat. However, the prerequisite is that the place needs to be well ventilated, otherwise the moisture that absorbs heat will still be in this space and it will still feel very hot. Special reminder: the place for watering needs to be ventilated and cool, otherwise the cooling effect will not be good.
