What to do if you have an itchy throat due to rhinitis?

Rhinitis is a common disease. In addition to runny nose and sneezing, itchy throat is also a common symptom. When facing this situation, we must first identify the allergens, and then treat it with diet therapy. Luo Han Guo tea, water chestnut and pear soup, Platycodon soup, fresh ginger and radish juice, etc. are all good choices. In addition, we must also do appropriate physical exercise to enhance body resistance and immunity.

1. Monk Fruit Tea

Method: Soak 1 monk fruit in boiling water. Luo Han Guo has the effects of clearing the lungs and relieving throat, and moistening the intestines and promoting bowel movements. It has a good therapeutic effect on sore throat and dry and itchy throat, but it should be noted that this product has a certain laxative effect. It is indeed a good drink for daily drinking for people with dry and itchy throat and constipation, but for people who are prone to diarrhea, it is better to take as little as possible.

2. Water chestnut and pear soup

Preparation method: Wash and peel 10 water chestnuts, peel and core 2 pears, cut into pieces, add appropriate amount of water, add a little rock sugar after boiling, and drink it all at once or in several times. Water chestnuts can quench thirst, detoxify, warm the middle and replenish qi. Using them with pears can prevent the pear's cold nature from damaging the stomach. In fact, crushing the water chestnuts and taking the juice directly can also treat acute and chronic throat discomfort.

3. Platycodon grandiflorum soup

Preparation method: 15 grams of Platycodon grandiflorum and 30 grams of licorice, soak in boiling water. Platycodon has the effect of clearing the lungs and removing phlegm, relieving sore throat and draining pus, while licorice has the effect of clearing away heat and detoxifying. Use licorice to purge fire, and platycodon to clear the lungs. The heat will be released, the lungs will be unblocked, and the symptoms of dry, itchy and painful throat will naturally be alleviated.

4. Fresh ginger and radish juice

Preparation method: Wash and crush 100 grams of white radish and 50 grams of ginger, extract the juice, mix and swallow. White radish has the effect of removing heat and relieving cough, while fresh ginger can regulate qi and stop vomiting, resolve phlegm and dispel cold.
