What's the matter with blowing air when sleeping at night

People go to sleep every night to rest their brains which have been working all day. Also, various conditions are prone to occur during sleep, such as blowing air while sleeping at night, which may be what people often call snoring. But what is the matter with blowing air when sleeping at night?

Blowing air while sleeping at night is commonly known as snoring, which can also be called snoring. When people sleep, the muscles of the lips, tongue, cheeks and jaw cannot be randomly combined to form various cavities, but a large channel is always left: the throat (pharynx). If this channel becomes narrower and becomes a gap, then the air flow will make a sound when passing through the throat. This is the so-called blowing, snoring, and snoring at night. Fat people, people with loose throat muscles, and people with sore throats are more likely to snore than the average person.

In the past, few people cared about whether snoring was harmful to themselves. Only after sleep became a research topic did scholars begin to study the sleep conditions of snorers. The study found that long-term snorers or those who snore severely often suffer from sleep apnea syndrome, with respiratory arrest during the entire sleep process and reduced oxygen in the blood. This means that the amount of oxygen inhaled throughout the night is less than that of normal people, which will affect memory over time. It has been measured that the memory function of snorers is indeed worse than that of normal people, but the snorers themselves are not aware of it. Therefore, many scholars now suggest that people who snore should undergo polysomnography to see if they have sleep apnea syndrome, and if so, they should receive necessary treatment.

If necessary, seek the advice of a doctor and switch to other drugs with the same efficacy but fewer side effects.
