I feel pain all over my body after getting up

After getting up, you feel pain all over your body. Generally speaking, this may be due to fever. You should measure your temperature in time. The most common reason is a cold. Fatigue and cold may cause such symptoms. In addition, poor immunity and staying up late may cause such symptoms. It may also be cervical spondylosis, which can also cause pain all over the body. Let's take a look at this aspect.

I feel pain all over my body after getting up

It may be caused by a cold or catching a chill after fatigue, or it may be caused by cervical spondylosis after working with the head down or sitting for a long time. In your case, you can go to a regular hospital for a cervical spine X-ray to rule out the possibility of cervical spondylosis. You can take medication such as Shujin Huoxue tablets for treatment, live a regular life, participate in appropriate physical exercise, eat a light diet, drink plenty of water, and avoid stimulation from tobacco and alcohol.

What cold symptoms should be watched out for?

After catching a cold, the body's resistance decreases and bacteria often take advantage of the opportunity to invade. Therefore, if the fever does not subside after a few days of a cold and there is coughing up of pus and sputum, you should pay attention to mixed bacterial infection and go to the hospital for diagnosis and treatment in time to prevent it from turning into bronchitis.

The symptoms of a cold are very similar to those of many diseases at the beginning, but they are also very different. You must never be careless and take them lightly.

If fever occurs, along with severe nausea and vomiting that recurs repeatedly, it should be suspected to be a reaction to a brain disease (such as meningitis). If you have a fever, do not want to eat greasy food, and have symptoms such as nausea and vomiting, you should suspect it is a reaction to infectious hepatitis.

The viruses that cause colds can sometimes cause myocarditis. Symptoms often appear a week after the cold and include palpitations, chest tightness, shortness of breath, and vague pain in the precordial area, especially a rapid heartbeat of more than 100 beats per minute. If your heartbeat is irregular, you should go to the hospital for treatment in time.

If the onset is very sudden, with chills, followed by fever, and the high fever does not subside, often above 39°C, with body aches and loss of appetite, and people around you have the same symptoms, then influenza is suspected.

If the high fever persists and is accompanied by difficulty breathing, severe cough, and purple lips, pneumonia should be suspected.

If a child cries and does not want to eat, and his throat is red and swollen, or even has white pus spots, tonsillitis should be suspected. If a child has a fever on the second day and small red papules begin to appear on the face and body, which are densely and evenly distributed, and the tongue is bright red and there are pale circles around the lips, it may be scarlet fever. On the fifth day of fever, if a red rash appears on the body, the liver and spleen are enlarged, and the patient is unconscious, it is possible that he or she has typhus.

If you have a fever in the afternoon but not in the morning, and at the same time have symptoms such as fatigue, dry cough, night sweats (cold sweats), and become increasingly weight-losing, it is possible that you have pulmonary tuberculosis.

If the above situation occurs, you should go to the hospital for diagnosis and treatment in time, and do not buy medicine at will.
