With or without clinical manifestations, ultrasound, CT and other imaging examinations have clear intrahepatic solid lesions, and hepatic hemangioma and metastatic liver cancer can be excluded. Those who meet any of the following conditions: a.AFP ≥ 200ng/ml. b. Typical imaging manifestations of primary liver cancer. c. Patients without jaundice but with significantly increased AKP or γ-GT. d. There are obvious metastatic lesions at a distant site, or there is bloody ascites, or cancer cells are found in the ascites. e. Cirrhosis with clear positive hepatitis B markers, or cancer cells found in ascites. 2. Pathological diagnosis ① Patients with primary liver cancer confirmed by liver histological examination. ② Patients whose hepatocellular carcinoma is confirmed by histological examination of extrahepatic tissues. |
