How to make acne mature quickly

Immature acne will be red, swollen, and painful, and there will be no pus heads yet, only small white tips will appear locally. They most often appear on the face, but can also appear on the back or chest, or even in the nose, and are painful to the touch. Acne is a very common problem, and there are many ways to treat it. Let's explore home acne remedies, ointments, gels, and laser treatments.

1. Apply ice packs to the acne-affected areas. Applying a cold compress for 10 to 15 minutes can help reduce inflammation, pain, and tenderness. If the pain is severe, it is especially recommended that you apply an ice pack. Repeat several times a day, but do not apply it for more than 15 minutes each time to avoid tissue damage.

Ice compresses can constrict blood vessels and reduce blood supply, so that Propionibacterium acnes (the main bacteria that causes acne) obtains less food from the blood, which to a certain extent slows down the inflammatory process. Not only does ice soothe your skin, it can sometimes make pimples disappear entirely. Pain is primarily due to the inflammatory process. If the blood supply to the acne area is reduced, the white blood cells that fight Propionibacterium acnes will also decrease, thereby reducing acne.

2. You can also apply hot compress. The heat helps ripen the pimple, making it go away faster and without any pain to you. You may need to apply heat several times for it to be effective.

Apply a hot compress to the acne area for a few minutes. You can apply a clean washcloth soaked in hot water, but make sure the temperature is within your tolerance range. Apply gentle pressure and continue applying the towel until it becomes cool. Do this as many times as needed. Applying heat will increase blood supply to the acne area. When the skin of a body part warms, the blood vessels dilate. The blood brings defensive white blood cells to fight bacteria and help the skin heal. Heat can also relieve pain.

Medical treatment

1. Ask your doctor about chemical peels. This is one of the newest treatments. Some beauty salons or spas offer 30% strength chemical peels, while doctors can perform 70% strength chemical peels. During the treatment, your doctor will apply a chemical solution to your skin that gradually peels off the top layer of your skin (usually in multiple sessions). This is basically an extreme exfoliation that helps increase cell replacement and healing.

Some pimples are located deep in the skin and the pus heads do not emerge from the surface of the skin. At this time, chemical peels can work. It peels away the top layer of skin, revealing most of the pimples that are located deeper down.

2. Consider microdermabrasion. With the advent of chemical peels, the need for new technology increased, and thus microdermabrasion therapy was born. This treatment uses a rough-edged wire brush or abrasive wheel to peel off the top layer of skin. This technique must be performed by a doctor.

Technically, microdermabrasion injures the skin and causes it to bleed. Injured skin encourages the growth of new, healthy, acne-free cells. The doctor will give you an anesthetic before performing the microdermabrasion.
